SPIRIT OF ALOHA "Experience" This is our "fusion" workshop where you have the chance to experience the culture, philosophy, healing arts, bodywork, chants, traditions and wisdom of the ancient people of Hawaii, brought together for you to learn and enjoy through practical sessions of: Kahi Loa, or Lomi Lomi Massage, Huna, Hula and Chanting. SPIRIT OF ALOHA "Temple Style Lomilomi" On this programme the emphasis is on Temple Style Lomilomi massage, sometimes also referred to as Kahuna Massage. Includes learning some chanting for the ritual before you commence each massage, hula dancing foot and body movements so that you can more easily glide around the table, and an understanding of the ancient spiritual traditions that underpin Lomilomi and make it so unique. KINO MANA - Temple Style Lomilomi & Kahi Loa Following in the footsteps of our teachers the workshops offered by 'Spirit of Aloha' will be structured in modules and taught as KINO MANA I, KINO MANA II, KINO MANA III, and KINO MANA IV.
