Sylvia Cochrane
A few years ago Sylvia invited Nick Williams, author of 'The Work We Were Born to Do', to speak at an evening of hospitality for business clients. Little did she know then that her life would take a turn in a very different direction, and that one day she would be teaching and practicing Hawaiian Bodywork, enjoy Chanting and Hula Dancing, and go on to found "Spirit of Aloha - The Experience". Sylvia was so moved by what Nick had to say, that she took stock of her career as a Managing Consultant with a leading Human Resource Consultancy, and eventually came to the conclusion that it was time to make a change. Lizy Newton
Lizy's life has completely turned around since she discovered Lomilomi massage. Amongst other things, Lizy is well known as one of the UK's top NLP Trainers, having developed and managed a successful consultancy practice called Stenhouse, with her husband, for more than 12 years. However when Liz became ill a few years ago she realised that she needed to slow down and make a few changes in her life. This led her to discover the healing power and beauty of Lomilomi and the efficacy of the spiritual traditions of old Hawaii. Always a teacher by nature, Lizy felt that having discovered how Lomilomi helped her to recover her health, that this knowledge was something she wanted to share and pass on to others.
